For paid digital services (website development, SEO, ads management, etc.), a separate service agreement or proposal will be provided before work begins. That agreement will include specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the individual service proposal
• Typically 50% advance payment required before work begins
• Remaining balance due upon project completion and client approval
• Monthly services are billed at the start of each month

Monthly service plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. Simply notify us via WhatsApp or email before the next billing date and the service will be stopped.

You agree not to use our website or services for any of the following:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Transmitting spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Collecting or harvesting user data without consent
• Interfering with or disrupting our servers or infrastructure
• Violating any applicable Indian or international laws

6.1 Our Content

All content on Yamak Digital — including but not limited to the website design, tool code, text, graphics, logos, and user interface — is the exclusive property of Yamak Digital and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

6.2 Client Work

For paid services, upon full payment:

• Website and code developed for you becomes your property
• You receive full ownership of all deliverables
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise)

6.3 Third-Party Content

Some tools may use open-source libraries or third-party APIs. Their respective licenses and terms apply. We respect all third-party intellectual property rights.

We do not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times
• Results from our tools are 100% accurate for all use cases
• The website is free from viruses or other harmful components
• Information on the website is always up-to-date

Tool results (calculators, converters, etc.) are for informational and general use only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or technical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Yamak Digital shall not be liable for:

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. For paid services, any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.

• The Indian Contract Act, 1872
• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
